A comfortable place to break up the trip between Cartagena and Medellin. It’s set well back from the road, has a good breakfast, and offers secure parking for motorcycles.

We were lucky to find this roadside inn available for the end-of-year dates. The rooms are comfortable and bright. As a solo guest, I got a double bed, a stocked bar, and some amenities, plus a TV and ceiling fan. It’s near a gas station, but that wasn’t very noticeable or noisy for a typical tourist.

The room was clean and reasonably priced, and the staff were the kindest, friendliest people. I’d recommend it if you’re in the area.

A handy place to pause between Medellín and the Atlantic coast, including Coveñas and Tolú. It makes for a perfect rest stop.

A decent place to stop and rest while traveling from Medellín toward the Atlantic coast.
