I loved my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were attentive and friendly, and breakfast was delicious. The management and service are the best I've experienced in Ciénaga so far, and the comfort was excellent. I'd highly recommend it. 10/10.

The staff made a strong impression: everyone was friendly, attentive, and ready to help make the stay feel special. Whether we were eating, relaxing in the comfortable rooms, or taking part in the activities, the care stood out. The rooms and facilities are designed for comfort, with quality and good taste throughout. From the moment you arrive, the place feels warm and harmonious, with an air of elegance and luxury. It felt less like just a place to sleep and more like somewhere that makes lasting memories and exceeds expectations. A real gem that stands above the rest and deserves to be called the best.

The reception team were so welcoming, always smiling and ready to help with whatever you need. The manager is excellent too, paying attention to every detail and doing everything possible for guests. It feels reassuring to arrive and be greeted so warmly.
