The lobby looks nice and the location is good, but that’s about where the positives end. After five nights, my back and neck were killing me. The bed was the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept in, and the thin, rough sheets and towels didn’t help. The pillows were awful and so thin that even using all 6 of them didn’t make it easy to sleep. The toilet kept running the entire time I was there; I asked someone to check it, but nobody came. They also give you only one hotel key, and you have to use it for the lights and elevator. Good luck if one person needs to leave while someone else stays behind. 2/10, wouldn’t recommend.

The showers were the best we had in Colombia, and breakfast was great too. The staff were friendly and gave excellent service. The place is stylish, chic, affordable, and in a convenient spot. Skip the Hyatt across the street, this place is awesome!

Loved the place overall. The one annoyance was having to ask the employees every time I needed my vehicle out of the garage. They seemed annoyed whenever I asked.

Easygoing and with excellent service at a very low price. It’s perfect for one night, close to the embassy and even closer to Bogotá fairgrounds.
