The owner later accused me of lying and said there was no reservation. I have included pictures of the confirmation email and booking page because that response only added to how disrespectful this felt. When we arrived, nobody would open the door. They said through it that they had no record of our booking, then refused to look at the reservation on my phone. We had planned a trip around this stay and now have to change everything. VERY disrespectful.

The food was simple and really tasty, and every employee was so welcoming. Everything felt just right. Thanks, Antonio.

The information they provide is incomplete, and they don't respond on WhatsApp.

I attached photos of the confirmation email after the owner replied by calling me a liar and implying I had no confirmation. I booked online, but when I reached the hotel they kept me outside and said over the intercom that the reservation wasn't under my name. Even after I offered to show a screenshot, they wouldn't open the door to check. I had planned my trip based on that booking, and at midday they couldn't even let me in to sort it out. The service was awful and the whole thing felt completely disrespectful.

I really appreciate the service here. There's so much greenery to wander through, and I've spent more than one visit unwinding on the terrace. Such a pleasant place to arrive at.
