I’ve never had such a bad stay on any of my trips. The rooms seemed completely neglected, with no maintenance at all. The shower flooded the toilet area, and the water looked like mud. Even the door key was broken and nobody had fixed it. I’d say don’t go there.

My previous stay was incredible, so I’m trying to book again. It’s been more than three days of following up for a payment link, and they still haven’t sent one. They really need to look after customers, especially those of us outside Colombia dealing with a very different time zone.

I took this photo of the “Coveñas” sign out front, and this review is for the sign.

There was no water, electricity, or internet, and the food was unhealthy.
