The rooms and shared areas were impeccably clean, which helped us feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the stay. The staff deserve a special mention: everyone was attentive, friendly, and ready to help whenever we needed it. They made us feel at home and created a welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. We had an excellent experience and would love to return. Highly recommend it.

The beds were clean and had good mattresses, though they were small. The air conditioning worked well. Still, I don’t recommend the hotel: 600,000 pesos a night for two people feels very expensive for what you get. Breakfast was meager and the same every day, and they seemed stingy with everything. If they served eggs, there was no broth, just a plantain fritter. Towels weren’t changed daily, and the hand soap was poor quality. I saw one cockroach in the room and another in the lobby, and the sofa bed didn’t look clean. It was noisy throughout the hotel, although some rooms were quieter. The nearby beach was crowded and full of trash and vendors, with dark sand and murky water.

We were a family of six in a three-bedroom apartment: one room had a double bed, and the other two each had two single beds. It was very nice and clean. The sink was especially useful for washing swimsuits, though there was no plug for the pool, which made that difficult. We didn’t ask them to solve it. The hotel grounds were lovely, and breakfast was varied and delicious. Staff were very attentive. After checking out, they stored our luggage while we had lunch, and let us wait in the lobby until our ride arrived.

The staff were 1000/10, so friendly, attentive, and always smiling. They made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. Our apartment was lovely and clean, with beautiful views, a TV, air conditioning, and lots of comfort. It had two bedrooms and two bathrooms for the two of us, one with a shower. The food was delicious and varied. The hotel was very nice overall, with two pools, a children’s playground, and a variety of music. Everything was excellent! 🙌🏼 Thanks.
