Hotel Boutique Gao

I’ve stayed several times and plan to keep coming back. The rooms are very comfortable, breakfast is delicious, and the staff are attentive and helpful. Excellent service, highly recommend.

It’s quiet, pleasant, and very clean, and the staff are friendly and attentive. The bathroom is the drawback: it’s very small and laid out poorly, which makes it uncomfortable.

I booked directly because the website showed a price similar to Booking.com and Airbnb, and I wanted to avoid the middleman. They ended up charging me twice as much, saying it was a “peak occupancy date.” It felt like a total rip-off.

Breakfast was a real highlight: it was delicious, nicely presented, and had plenty of variety. The food was nutritious and timed around our group's activities, so people had the energy they needed. The GAO Boutique Hotel was a great help with the Holy Week event I coordinated, a particularly demanding time because services were in high demand. We needed rooms for 34 people, many traveling as families, and the hotel accommodated everyone while paying attention to their comfort and peace of mind. Booking was straightforward, prices were very reasonable for the service, and payment was quick and easy. We had a few logistical snags during the stay, as can happen with a high-season event, but the team dealt with them promptly and efficiently, and things went more smoothly than I expected. The receptionists and I stayed in close contact throughout, which helped us get ahead of problems or sort them out, keep the group in harmony, and run the event smoothly. Check-in was prompt, instructions were clear, and the welcoming, organized atmosphere helped participants feel at ease. The service was excellent from start to finish. I’d happily use GAO Boutique Hotel again for future events and recommend it for business or family gatherings.
