The hot water didn’t work, which wasn’t great, so I’m not sure I’d stay again. The area felt kind of dangerous at night, and you need to take a taxi because Uber doesn’t really work in Cucuta. You have to negotiate a price in the app for each ride. I stayed two nights while visiting Cucuta. The staff were very friendly; when I checked in, the man working spoke some English and was super nice. It’s downtown, clean, and the price was very reasonable. Breakfast was decent. There’s a swimming pool, though I didn’t use it, plus secure covered parking and good Wi-Fi.

Cheap, with nice food, security, and very clean rooms. The staff are cool and polite. The neighborhood feels a little dangerous at night.

A real gem in the chaotic center, with lovely colonial style and very attentive staff.
