The owner was very rude to the staff and verbally abused a woman who was there. I had to give one star just to be able to post this review. The rooms are tiny for the price, and hot water isn't always on unless you ask, after which it takes a while to start. The location toward the city center is very bad, and the views aren't nice either.

Amanda. Everyone was warm and courteous, and the breakfast was good. The rooms and bathrooms were excellent, and everything was very clean.

They overcharge while giving poor service, and the owner is extremely rude. After we complained, we got audio messages that were disrespectful and treated us badly. Breakfast costs extra and is very poor quality; asking for bread makes them angry. They also turn off the hot water, so you have to ask permission to use it. Their manners are awful, and the stay was terrible and far too expensive for what they offer.

The room had many problems: peeling walls behind superficial decoration, mosquitoes, a missing toilet seat, and a strong food smell at night. The TV wasn't an Android TV, surprising for such an expensive room. It took a long time for someone to let us in at the main entrance, and the breakfast choices were limited to what they offered. The owner got angry when we suggested a larger portion. The laundry service was bad too, leaving clothes dirty despite charging a lot per item. The owner is extremely rude and arrogant, always convinced he's right. Terrible service all around.

The bathrooms were especially clean, and the facilities and service were excellent. Staff were always ready to share tourist information, and the price felt fair for what was provided.
