AB Natural Reserve.

The boat ride on the pontoon and the speedboat trip were a great addition. I’d come back without a second thought. The room was lovely, the view spectacular, and the food exquisite. Staff were friendly and paid close attention to what we needed. The whole stay beat my expectations.

Elmer Guarin really made a difference with his excellent, attentive service and willingness to help. The hotel itself has an incredible view and is beautiful, but the jacuzzi and pool were out of order and we couldn't use them. Management also seemed disorganized: check-in took ages, and check-out was even worse. It’s a shame to have those logistical problems in such a lovely place. We stayed over New Year’s Eve.

Once you get there, the view is spectacular and the facilities are lovely. Getting there is the problem: the road is in such bad shape that a regular car may struggle, so an SUV seems safer. Also, check the minibar charges carefully when you check out. They send the bill after you’ve left, and it can include things you didn’t use.

The food was delicious, and the service was excellent from arrival to departure. It’s a quiet, secluded place with lovely facilities, spectacular rooms, and beautiful views. A good spot to unwind with your partner or family. Highly recommended.
