Bethel Lozana Guatapé

The only downside for us was that the sauna wasn’t very hot, though it was still nice to have one in the room. We loved being surrounded by nature and all the little details throughout the hotel. The food was incredible, especially the solomito bowl, which we recommend. Service was great, too, with a really helpful and friendly team.

The staff were a real blessing, always kind and caring and quick to respond to what we needed. We felt lucky to have them looking after us. The landscape around the place was wonderful, and being out in nature made the stay feel amazing.

The lake views from both the room and restaurant were stunning, and I loved the food and drinks, especially the sirloin steak and baileys martini! There was plenty to do during the day, including kayaking, massages, and wakeboarding. Bethal Lozana has rooms unlike anywhere I’ve stayed before, and the staff were so friendly and took great care of me the whole time. I had an amazing stay, and would definitely come back for a relaxing break.

We had a wonderful evening at the bar, with good music, good liquor, incredible cocktails, and very good service. The restaurant was another highlight, with delicious food and thoughtful details at the table. At arrival, the lobby staff greeted me with a warm smile, and the view of greenery and colorful flowers was beautiful. The room felt elegant and peaceful, decorated with sustainable materials, and I was impressed by the care the hotel had taken to make the experience luxurious while considering sustainability. The jacuzzi near the large window looked out over the serene outdoors. Staying at the Bethel Lozana Hotel was a refreshing experience that had a positive effect on my mind and soul.
