The staff made us feel cared for, especially with the personal help arranging a cycling trip for my husband, our Cocora and coffee plantation visits, and other requests like a massage and taxi. Juan, his wife, and their son were genuinely hospitable. Casa du Vélo has a beautiful, chic and peaceful design, with lovely views and delicious food. We had a flawless five-star stay and recommend this rare gem without hesitation.

Breakfast was delicious and nicely presented, and having it on the sunny terrace with that valley view was a highlight. The staff were warm and caring, making us feel welcome and comfortable throughout. The bikes were beautifully maintained, smooth to ride, and clearly looked after with care. The hotel’s modern architecture is impressive, with thoughtful craftsmanship throughout, and it has won a design award. A wonderful stay for cycling enthusiasts, and we wholeheartedly recommend it.

I was looking for somewhere quieter around Filandia, and Casa du velo was just right. It was so peaceful that I wish I could've stayed longer. My room and bathroom were lovely and spacious. Miguel was really friendly and looked out for my safety as a solo female traveller. He arranged a jeep ride into Filandia for dinner and a pickup afterward. I'd definitely return.

We loved the breakfast and recommend staying here. The service was great, with a very friendly and helpful team, and the owner and his son came to greet us and help however they could. The hotel is beautiful, surrounded by lovely scenery, and feels ideal for relaxing or meditating. We also fell in love with the two dogs and the cat, and already miss them.

The restaurant has lots of good choices, and there's a spa area with optional massages and a steam room. The rooms are beautifully done, and the owners and staff are very friendly. I'd recommend this place to cyclists and other guests alike.
