After a long day of travel, we really appreciated how comfortable the bed was. The hotel is just down the street from the main town square, but far enough away that we didn't hear music. The staff were helpful with whatever we needed and offered suggestions for things to do nearby. Everything about the hotel was great, and I'd recommend it to anyone.

We were visiting from the U.S. and found this beautiful gem after looking at other hotels in the area. Johana, the hostess, was amazing, with great suggestions for places to eat and things to do. She and the rest of the team were helpful, honest, funny, and full of good energy. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the price was great. It's close to the town square, and Johana can help with whatever you need. I'll definitely stay here again when I'm back. Thanks, Hotel El Shaddai. See you soon.

We hadn't planned on staying in Filandia, but the town was packed with tourists, so we drove around looking for somewhere to park and sleep. The roads are narrow, and a large car could be tricky. A guide nearby pointed us to Hostal Kuyay, and luckily they had a room. We stayed two nights, slept comfortably, and enjoyed the delicious breakfast that came with it. It's peaceful there, with lovely views. I'd happily recommend it.
