The price was really reasonable, and the people there were kind and gave us useful tips about local things to see. Downstairs there's a restaurant and grocery store with inexpensive, tasty breakfast and lunch. The place feels homey and clean, the rooms have their own bathrooms, and the internet worked well on the third floor. We had a fan since there was no AC, but it wasn't very hot during our stay. One thing felt a little unsettling: at night the downstairs door was locked, so you couldn't get out in an emergency. It wasn't a huge issue, but still. A good spot for an overnight stay.
