We had such a relaxing stay, and the accommodations were top notch. The staff were friendly, quick, and always sorted out whatever my family needed. The food was 10/10, nothing else nearby can compare. For internet, they use Starlink, and we could rely on it the whole time. Can’t wait to come back!

I’ve traveled all over Colombia and elsewhere, and this was easily my favorite place. Great people and beach, and the food and drinks were amazing even for a picky eater like me. I literally liked it all lol. I’ll be back.

We spent New Year’s Eve here, and the closing event was amazing. Every person working here was so attentive. I absolutely want to come back.

The staff were very friendly, the service was excellent, the food was delicious, and the facilities were generally good. Still, as a visitor you might assume the place is beachfront, but it isn’t, and social media doesn’t make that clear either. The walk to Velanova was unpleasant. There’s trash along the path, no lighting at night, and an open kitchen just three meters from the hotel entrance, next to a lot full of dumped rubbish. The entrance itself is very nice, but tourists often make this walk several times a day to reach the sea and beach, so the route really brought down the experience. They should improve the landscaping with vegetation and attractive lighting. We also had a bad experience with the person recommended for tours. We wanted a particular time, but he kept asking questions in a very inconsiderate, unfriendly way and seemed unhappy about our choice, as if pushing us to join when other people were going. Fixed tour times would make things easier, so guests can plan around them.
