The food was okay, but the room service fell short. We left a note asking them to empty the trash, leave a new toilet paper roll, and replace the dirty towels on the floor. They emptied the trash but left no toilet paper, and hung the dirty, wet towels on the shower. When we raised it, they brought towels and toilet paper, but this place isn't cheap and I expected more. Other resorts in town offer better service. There were cracks in the wall and ants on the bathroom sink. No 2 ac match. We used multiple rooms, as we always do at various resorts.

The facilities were old and dirty, and the service was terrible. Food quality was low, queues were long, and they were seriously understaffed. There was only one swimming pool for around 300 people. The “Open Bar” came with low quality drinks, and popular items were often out. This is probably the stingiest “Resort” I have Been to. I wouldn't recommend it.

The staff left me really dissatisfied. The Wi-Fi didn't work in the room, by the pool, or in the restaurant. Our AC wasn't working either. The mechanic said the room would cool down in an hour, but it never did, and we eventually had to ask reception to move us at night.

The scenery, plants, backpack, day, and air are what characterize this hotel. It's very good, with excellent Vomida. In a nutshell, it's amazing, though nothing resembles the Amazon.

The service was okay overall, but there were a few issues: information wasn't clear, some bathroom fixtures were broken, and the shower water pressure sometimes got low.
