I deposited 230,000 pesos into the Bancolombia account the hotel gave me, but I still haven’t received a response about my June 29 to July 2 reservation. They’ve made excuses about some facilities being damaged, but haven’t contacted me. I need a number besides 305, since no one answers there. I also tried to reach Mrs. Graciela, but she hasn’t answered either.
