The staff are all really friendly and cordial. Breakfast arepas were delicious, the bed was okay, and the place was clean. But it feels very old and needs an update. The structure and equipment are outdated, it’s hard to find your way around, and they don’t turn on the lights. It’s complicated to find everything, and they’re losing customers.

The facilities are good, though the beer is expensive. There’s a room set aside for business meetings, but there’s no privacy, and unregistered people aren’t allowed in.

The service was excellent, and it’s a good place to stay when you’re traveling for work. The rooms do have some internet signal problems.
