Cafe La Huerta feels like a calm place to stay, with lovely people, setting, food, and music. The food is really good, and you can tell they care about music. They make it easy to feel at home. The staff are busy with the restaurant and other areas, so take the initiative if you want activities or food. Call the lobby or go there directly. There are some fun spots to find too, like the attic above the bar, reached by a narrow staircase. Ask about borrowing their mountain bikes and riding around Capilla de siecha and the surrounding area on a sunny day. Thanks, Cafe La Huerta.

We had a really nice meal in the restaurant, which has a dark, cozy feel. I started with empanadas and limonada de mora, then had the Lomo Azul with fries and a side salad. Everything was cooked well and tasted great.

There are lovely shaded corners for sitting with a book, and the grounds are full of colorful native flowers. The rooms each have their own look and character. Olivia is friendly and likes pets, and the three lamas will come for grass. David, the owner, is incredibly welcoming, and the staff put in a lot every day. A special thanks to Enrique, who didn’t mind us arriving late and lit our stove so we could stay warm. 1000000/10, I’m definitely coming back.

A lovely, romantic spot where you can stay overnight. It’s cold for Colombia, usually around 12-16C° and below 8 C° at night, so pack accordingly. There’s plenty of choice across beef, chicken, and fish, and the chicken or salmon seven cheeses dishes are the best.

The pork ribs were especially tasty, and dinner here would be great for two. It’s a cozy, romantic place, the food is excellent, and the staff are all really friendly and quick to help.
