Casa Rosa Hostel

The owner was such a sweet lady, and we loved chatting with her. The hostel is central and still quiet, though on weekends the guy across the street plays loud music. We had great Wi-Fi and found it clean and relaxing. At first we weren’t sure about staying somewhere without a kitchen for cooking, but the breakfast they offer is amazing and really filling for only 7,000. There’s also lots of delicious street food nearby. Look for the older lady at esquina cuatro, it was so good we went back twice in one day. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our time and would stay here again.

Being right beside the main square is a perfect location, though the bars nearby play loud music until midnight, so it gets noisy inside the hostel. Our private room with a bathroom and bath was very small. The Wi-Fi was broken while we were there, and they couldn’t fix it because it was the weekend. The owner was a helpful young woman.

The woman running this lovely place is so hospitable and nice, 5 stars for her :) It is right by the main plaza and bars, though, so nights can be loud.

Fair price, friendly staff, and a good hostel. We were alone there, though, so it didn’t have much atmosphere, and there’s no kitchen.
