Viviana made a real difference to our stay. She was extremely friendly, and the room was comfortable and clean, with a big bathroom and a roomy shower. The house was easy to find near a park, though it sits on a hill. We were on the fourth floor, which would be useful to mention in the Booking description. The room ran hot, so we had to keep the window open. The fan worked for us, but other guests might find it too weak. We had a quiet stay, though noise could be different another time. Communication with the accommodation agent felt a bit curt and wasn't very smooth. I didn't see any major issue with the value for money. My first impression was very positive, and the house was well appointed, even though the room itself was simple.

The woman who looks after the place was really friendly. It's a lovely spot, very clean and near the park. I'd recommend staying here.
