They didn't honor the conditions listed on the booking, and there was no reward as a Genius member. I'm very disappointed with the hotel's service. I booked for my elderly parents using my card, but they didn't charge the card. Instead, they waited until my family arrived and charged them a higher price at check in. The booking information didn't match what my family got at Hotel Vintage. I definitely won't stay or book there again.

Hotel Vintage made my stay feel like a day of love. It's Valentine's Day today, so I'm thinking back on the visit, even though I wasn't staying here on the day itself. Their quick email replies about possible delays to my arrival and checkout were a great example of their customer service. Compared with a bigger chain, my stay at this small boutique hotel was hands down better. They generously gave me an extra eight hours for late checkout, yes, eight hours, and gave me a treat when they ran out of a breakfast option. That personal touch and care for guest satisfaction is why Hotel Vintage has such charm. I'd highly recommend it when visiting Bogota.

We found bed bugs in two separate rooms when we arrived, first in 502, then in 402. Luckily, we spotted them before sleeping in the beds. The hotel refused to take responsibility and said the bugs came from our bags. We had just arrived and kept our bags away from the beds until we'd checked, so that wasn't possible. There were still bugs on the beds, and we had photo and video evidence, but they wouldn't refund us. I'd avoid staying here, since it seems unlikely they'll do anything about the infestation. It was a really stressful situation, and we left very disappointed after reading lots of positive reviews beforehand.

We had a lovely stay. The room was spotless, and the staff were there to answer any questions. A wonderful hotel.
