DON’T COME HERE Foreigners, don’t come. They don’t deduct the hotel tax for foreigners. They charge you IVA anyway, even though it’s illegal. Also, there was construction dirt on my table at breakfast because of construction work during my stay.

My wife was having trouble with her knee, and Juan Camilo and some of the staff helped make our stay more comfortable. Juan Camilo was a great host, and several staff members were friendly and really good. The place was comfortable and close to town.

The outdoor space and pool are amazing, the decor is beautiful, and the service was phenomenal. I travel in Colombia often as an American and have stayed at hotels that don't quite get things right, but this lovely place did. Don't hesitate, I'm definitely coming back, maybe twice 😉!

The breakfast was a lovely start to the day, with fresh fruit and pancakes, plus tamales for anyone wanting something more filling. We only stayed one night, but my family and I felt welcome and well looked after as soon as Carlos and the team greeted us. They went out of their way to help with all our requests. Our family room was well designed, and the rooftop jacuzzi made the place feel like a little piece of paradise. Honda gets very hot in the afternoon, so having a pool and somewhere to relax was a real plus. I wouldn't choose anywhere else in Honda, and we'll book a longer stay next time.
