The beds were really comfortable, and the rooms were clean and roomy. We stayed one night after crossing the border, so we could visit las Lajas. The service was excellent and the hotel was well worth the price. We'd gladly stay again.

We stayed two nights in a suite at Harmony Hotel, after a couple of places friends suggested didn't meet our expectations. We were in Ipiales with family for a short trip and some shopping. The building felt new, the rooms were great and very clean, and everyone was polite and provided great service. The food was fresh and delicious. Parking inside the building was free, there was security around the clock, and the hotel was close to everything. There was only one small issue: the room had just two outlets, one used by the bedside lamp and one by the TV. Charging several devices at the same time wasn't possible. Still, 100% recommended. Gracias Harmony Hotel, nos volvemos de nuevo en el futuro.

I visited Ipiales in June 2023 with my Colombian sister-in-law from Bogota to see the magnificent Santuario de las Lajas. I'm Australian, from Adelaide. The Harmony Hotel was in a good location and offered good value. Our room was spacious, breakfast was included and very good, and the staff were professional and helpful. Highly recommended.

The room was large, with a balcony, a nice view, and comfortable beds and showers. Only drawback was the sink water wasn't warm.

The rooms are beautiful, and the whole staff treated us nicely from arrival through departure. Thank you!
