The service was great, and I'd still recommend this hostel. Our room hadn't been cleaned very well after the previous guests, though, and we could hear people in the other rooms through the walls.

It's peaceful and quiet on the edge of town, and the hostel is really clean. The women who work here are lovely. They speak Spanish, but they're so kind that I'm sure you can get by with Google Translate if needed.

Elena, the manager, is an angel and made our stay feel warm and pleasant. The hostel has a homey feel, and it's quiet, with no noise from motorcycles, the restaurant, or the church. The main plaza is still within walking distance, about 10 minutes away. Internet speed was good for remote work, around 50MB/s. The shared kitchen and bathroom were kept very clean. Highly recommended.

The staff were welcoming and went out of their way to make us comfortable. The rooms were spacious and very clean, and there are several common areas. Breakfast is free each day, with scrambled eggs and toast. From check-in through check-out, it was a really pleasant stay. I can't recommend this hostel enough!

The staff were friendly, especially Elena, who's very sweet and funny. I stayed three nights and really liked the place. It's quite new, and when I was there it wasn't busy, so the dorm felt spacious. With six people, though, it would be a bit cramped. There are lots of nice shared spaces, including a rooftop and a hammock.
