Nice.

I liked being away from the bustle. From the lookout, it was mostly birds and people out walking. My small room was cozy and clean, with a good bed and pleasant water temperature. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony at sunrise, and when I asked for extra blankets, they brought them. The service was just right. The one thing I missed was a TV, since I couldn’t watch a movie or the news. Still, it was a lovely stay.

A decent place to stay for the night.

Pedro was exceptionally kind and respectful, and went out of his way to make us comfortable. When we asked to stay an extra day, he offered us a group room at a very good price. The option to wash and dry our dirty clothes was useful, too. Hotel Internacional Jardín has a warm, welcoming feel and is easy to reach. It’s at the edge of the town’s residential area, a little away from the main park, which suited us for the quiet and for hiking. We had a very positive stay and couldn’t think of anything that needed improving.
