Fami Hotel Vive Jardin - Hostel

We felt right at home here. The apartment was clean, cozy, and well cared for, with new, spotless bedding and towels. Guests have their own entrance and keys, so you can come and go whenever you like without disturbing the family. The shared area serves four rooms, but nobody else was staying during our visit, so it felt like our own flat. We cooked in the kitchen, which had the supplies we needed and everything worked well. The location is great too, just a five-minute walk to the main square and near shops, the cave tour, La garrucha, and plenty more. We were glad we stayed even though the house is outside the city. Lili was a lovely, friendly host and made the whole stay special. I highly recommend this place.

Clean and safe, with a perfect location.

What terrible service. I booked almost a month ahead and asked whether a deposit was needed to hold the reservation. They said no, it was already confirmed, and I sent all my details, including the room I wanted. Then the day before, I called to see about adding another night and was told they couldn't find either my name or my reservation. Such a lack of respect, responsibility, and professionalism.

I've stayed here five times now, and it's been impeccable every visit. The rooms are comfortable, everything is spotless, and Doña Liliana is so sweet, always checking in and ready to help with whatever you need. It's also ideally placed near the main park, surrounded by great restaurants, and very close to Dulces del Jardín. If you're visiting Jardín, don't hesitate to stay here. I recommend it without hesitation and know I'll have a great experience whenever I return.
