We came back to Bogota feeling refreshed after two days here. The place was such a blast, and would be great for families or groups of friends. I absolutely loved it. The hamam wasn't really working, which was a shame, but we understand that getting constant hot water isn't easy in Colombia. :)

The cabins have gaps and cracks, so they're always the same temperature as outside, and bugs, sometimes bats and birds, can come and go. That's worth knowing, though it didn't take away from how much I loved staying here. I wish I could have stayed forever and would recommend Gallito De Las Rocas without hesitation. The house and grounds blend nature with lovely design details. Sitting on the balcony with coffee or watching the sunset by the fire was wonderful. Anna, the property manager and host, was incredibly warm, helpful, and present while still giving us space. Carolina kept everything immaculate and was lovely to be around. My partner and I spent six weeks at Gallito De Las Rocas, and it was one of the loveliest stays of my life, a highlight of our time in Colombia.

Only a ten-minute walk from the main park, this is a quiet, cozy place to rest. The host, Ana María, is the best, very attentive and ready to help with anything.
