We didn’t get what we ordered for breakfast, and management was rude and obnoxious. Customer service was especially bad from management. I absolutely don’t recommend it.

The rooms were clean, nice, and quiet, and breakfast was included. Staff were friendly, with music, a nice pool, and parking inside the hotel. They always have rooms available.

We paid $1,146,000 for four rooms, but when the hotel offered us two rooms to move into after an air conditioner leaked onto a bed and into the hallway, they wanted to charge us extra. On arrival there was no running water in the rooms, and it took about two hours to restore it. The towels were stained and in poor hygienic condition. The cost felt excessive for the service and conditions, which fell short of what we expected. They finally sorted things out around 1:00 AM.

The owners deserve thanks for choosing such a great team. The staff are this hotel's real treasure, and everything worked perfectly, from the management and food to the rooms, services, and pool. It was clean and tidy, pets are welcome, and the food was fantastic. My family and I would give it 10 stars if we could. Honestly, it's one of the best in the district and deserves five. We'll be back 😀
