It has a little kitchen and kitchenware, and the room feels more like an apartment. The jacuzzi is probably the best thing about it. The bed was comfortable, though it had hair from a previous guest, and there are no hangers. There's no space at the bathroom sink, and the shower water spills onto the floor. They advertise soundproof rooms, but you can hear plenty. With no reception and code-only doors, it can feel unnerving. It's not worth what they charge, maybe about half.

Our group of 9 booked the whole Viktory Boutique Hotel for four nights, and it was easily one of our best trip decisions. The location is unbeatable, with everything within walking distance unless you're heading out on a tour. The place was very clean and had everything we needed, and the pool was spotless. We spent most of our time in the building there. The service was the standout. Adriana introduced herself before the trip and kept in touch the entire stay, checking several times a day that things were going well and asking if we needed toiletries, recommendations, or anything else. Whatever we asked for arrived within minutes. Thanks to Adriana and the team for such great hospitality. We'll definitely be back.

$350 USD was taken from my locked luggage, and management did nothing beyond saying they'd watch the cameras so it wouldn't happen again. When I asked for even a refund of the roughly $150ish stay, they refused. The property is beautiful and the staff are kind, but the security and customer service were the worst. I know desperate people sometimes steal, and that doesn't fully reflect on a property. The bigger problem is management taking no responsibility for failing to keep the room secure. They said they'd review footage, but there's only one camera downstairs, with no view of the upstairs area where I stayed. I've stayed at 65 airbnbs around the world with perfect guest ratings and never had an issue until this one. Stay away.

They stole the safe from my room along with all my documents, and the staff acted as if nothing had happened. There was no reimbursement or anything. I had to borrow money to get to Bogota for an emergency passport so I could fly out a week later. They have 3 hotel locations within 2 blocks of each other. Provenza lofts and heaven are a bit better, but if your things get stolen, they play blind mice. If you can, stay away and find somewhere else.
