The constant problems and chasing for help took up half my vacation, and I left feeling that the hosts were unprofessional and impossible to communicate with. Whenever I reported something, replies could take two hours, and even after they said someone was coming, I sometimes waited four hours before contacting them again because nobody had arrived. The rooms were a mess. My first room hadn't been cleaned, so I was moved for one night to a worse room where the TV didn't work. The next day I went to the room I had booked, but the key card didn't work properly, the shower flooded the floor, the towels and sheets were stained, and there were roaches. I was moved again to another downgrade and stayed there until checkout. Its shower door wouldn't close all the way, leaving the bathroom floor wet. Getting there was a problem too. I asked for check-in details and let them know I would arrive early. They said they'd send the information the next morning, but didn't, so I contacted them when I was an hour away. They said early check-in cost extra. I wish they'd mentioned that earlier. I asked them to hold my bags, since baggage storage was listed as an available service when booking, but they said they didn't offer it. I paid the early check-in fee instead. This completely ruined my vacation, and I wouldn't stay here or at another property managed by these hosts.
