Kau Hotel

Kau and the people who work there were a Godsend for my family during a long, difficult adoption stay in La Mesa. I’d heard it was the best hotel in the area, and it went well beyond what I expected. The on-site restaurant, pool, laundry, and family activities made a big difference, including a local farm tour, game room, and movie showing. Most of all, the staff were caring, attentive, and understanding. I’ve never had service like that at a hotel, and it came when my family really needed it. Thank you!!!

The weekly events and activities really made this place stand out. The staff were friendly and attentive, and made sure guests felt valued and looked after. My room was comfortable, a cozy place to unwind, and the hotel itself was clean and well maintained. From the moment I arrived, the staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome. I was thoroughly impressed with my stay.

We had excellent food, activities, and service at Kai while our family waited for the adoption process to go through. We stayed for two weeks and I’m not sure we could have made it through that time anywhere else in La Mesa. Other families moved here after encountering scorpions and tarantulas at their previous hotels. We didn’t have any such issues. It’s the best hotel in the area.

The restaurant was the highlight for us, with delicious food that stood out as the best in town. We also appreciated having a pool, games, and lots of activities to keep us entertained. Our rooms had air conditioning, which was welcome in the warm weather, and the hotel is conveniently close enough to the center to explore on foot. The rooms were clean from the moment we arrived, and the staff were incredibly helpful throughout our two weeks at KAU hotel in La Mesa, Colombia. It was a wonderful stay, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting La Mesa.
