Randuky Hostel

Dinner here left us regretting the visit, mostly because of the woman in charge. We waited over an hour for our pasta and drinks. The staff were friendly, so we didn't mind the delay much, but the pasta was just so-so and I wouldn't recommend it. The bigger problem came when we paid. We chose card, then noticed she'd charged more than the bill. I should've checked, but I trusted them. She said card payments are ALWAYS more expensive, which doesn't match my experience in restaurants and accommodations in Santa Marta, Minca, and Palomino, where I paid no extra fees. She'd also added a tip without asking, even though it's optional. I would've happily tipped, but she should have asked and explained any extra charge. When I raised it, she had no useful answer. We planned to return for breakfast the next day, but won't, and I wouldn't recommend the place.

We wished we could've stayed longer. The place is beautiful, and both breakfast and dinner were exceptional. Everyone looked after us wonderfully. It was an excellent experience.

The food was spectacular, and the staff were warm, attentive, and clearly focused on good service. The hotel felt like a peaceful little paradise. We had a wonderful time, and I'd definitely recommend it.

We were delighted with the whole visit. The food was exquisite and the service very good. Colombia was playing in the qualifiers, and they thoughtfully set up a projector by the pool so we could watch the match. A perfect place.
