I invited a dear friend today for a farewell drink and snack. The snack was very good, but the waiter made a sexist comment in poor taste that was completely inappropriate. We ordered a mimosa, and he seemed not to know what one was. It was a sweet cocktail.
The rooms and buildings have a stylish look, and the atmosphere feels calm and relaxing. We also got great service and loved the huge heated pool. We had the signature massage today, but afterward we needed two cold showers to rinse off the scrub and chocolate mask. A warm shower after the massage would have been much better.
Our whole group came away wanting to return, especially for the service. During our retreat, every detail was handled warmly and professionally, and we all felt at home. The hotel is beautiful and comfortable, and we appreciated its commitment to sustainability and to showing off Colombia while caring for the environment.
We hosted an event for more than 150 people and filled all the rooms and meeting spaces. The staff looked after us from start to finish, with service and attention among the best in the business. It’s hard to imagine a better place to stay or hold an event. The hotel and its staff were amazing, and I highly recommend it.
This was our third stay, and the hotel still looks pristine, just as it did when we first came more than 10 years ago. Everyone is super friendly, and the spa massages were so relaxing 😎. A great place to unwind surrounded by nature. I highly recommend it.
