Villa Thiago Finca Tradicional

The staff were the best part, so kind and attentive. They even helped with meals for my baby, and made it easy for us to have a family barbecue. The clean, comfortable rooms are in a beautiful country house with all the amenities, close to parks. I've stayed here with my family before and was happy to choose it again. Five stars don't cover it, truly 100/10! Thanks so much, I hope we can come back.

The setting itself is spectacular, which makes the rodent issue and mediocre service such a shame. One night, mice started squeaking when we turned on the air conditioning. We didn't hear them again after that, but the next day there were droppings beneath the air conditioner and in part of the bathroom. There wasn't anyone to welcome us or a reception area. Whenever we needed help, we had to walk all the way to the house of the man looking after the property.

For the price, I thought it was a bargain, and I'd highly recommend it. It's quiet and clean, with a nice pool, TV, and a bathroom with hot water. There was a good selection of restaurants and breakfast. You pretty much need to arrive by car or motorcycle, but it's worth it.

The place was welcoming and very clean. Everyone on staff was hospitable and attentive, always trying to make our stay pleasant. Thanks so much to Ángela, Mónica, and Rodrigo for all your kindness at the home. I hope to visit again.
