If you enjoy loud music, this could be a great place. Speakers play music in the lobby, restaurant, and pool areas from 10 AM to 6 PM, and every room can hear it. The hotel also lets the public use the pool for a fee, so there’s always a crowd.

The people here were nice, but the beds were really uncomfortable. The neighbors were noisy too.

It’s a beautiful, welcoming place. We needed clearer information from the staff about meal times. On arrival, we were told breakfast started after 10 am, but the next day I was told it ran from 8 to 10 am.

We told the person presented as the hotel manager that the pool was very dirty and in poor condition. Her response was, “Well, don’t use it,” which felt very rude to us as customers. If we’re visiting a warm climate, we want to use the pool, and if the hotel doesn’t keep it in good shape, it will lose customers. The lunches, like the churrasco and pork ribs, are always served cold. When you complain, the manager gets angry.
