The service was awful, with too few staff and the ones there weren't nice. We chose breakfast the night before and asked for it at 9:00 am, but it arrived 1 hour and 15 minutes late. Our cabin, No. 5, was dirty, had no wardrobe or anything equivalent for our things, and its deck lacked the net for lounging that all the other cabins have. The Wi-Fi never worked. It's a shame, because the place has so much potential. You can get much better for the same price elsewhere. As a Colombian living abroad, I'm writing in English to warn foreigners away. We're never coming back.

The place is nice and has potential, and the person who checked us in was friendly. But breakfast came too late because the staff arrived late, and the breakfast coffee was terrible. They charge a fortune for the coffee in the room, which is a very basic thing to have, especially in Colombia. The bathroom had only one liquid soap, so you had to choose between using it in the jacuzzi or the shower. There was no shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, or lotion.

We got to relax in a very peaceful cabin surrounded by woods, with birds singing in the background. It was a wonderful way to disconnect. The cabin was comfortable and clean, and every detail seemed well cared for. We also had an incredible body massage in the forest, so relaxing and rejuvenating, and a perfect way to round out the stay. Highly recommended!

Everything was clean and well maintained, and the service was excellent. The staff were all attentive and friendly, making sure we felt comfortable. It's a wonderful spot in Medellín, Envigado, Colombia to relax and enjoy the peace of nature. Highly recommend it.
