The smell is awful, and I got sick immediately after drinking the water from the tank they provide. The walls must once have been white, but now they're covered with black fungus spots. The owner also tried to come into my room without knowing I was inside, which was awkward. Can't recommend this place. If you like fungi, well, maybe it's for you.

We spent nearly a week here while traveling back and forth through the Amazon, and Nora and Alejo made us feel so welcome. It's a family home, and they're kind, attentive, and ready to help with whatever you need. It's close to the airport and can be in high demand, so you can book directly. The city center isn't far and getting around is easy. Coffee and unlimited water are included in the morning rate. If we come back to the Amazon, we'll definitely stay here again.

A warm welcome and a quiet spot a little outside the center, though you can walk everywhere. The room was somewhat small, but very good for the price. I'd recommend it for a short stay.
