The pool is lovely, and the setting is quiet, though a little way from downtown. It's still an easy walk or a short tuk-tuk ride. The individual buildings are comfortable, one or two stories, with good air conditioning. Staff are friendly and very accommodating, and breakfast and dinner can be made to your preference from the available choices. There's only one basic store nearby. They can arrange the usual tours, but those are cash only. After the place that looks like Disneyworld, with a price to match, this is probably the best option in town.

The food at Hotel Utane was a real highlight, every dish was delicious and better than we expected. The team were friendly and attentive throughout, always willing to help. We felt welcome and looked after from beginning to end, and the atmosphere made the stay memorable. I'd recommend Hotel Utane for its comfort, food, and warm hospitality.

The meals were really, really tasty, and we had a very good stay. Hotel Utuane picked us up from the airport and took us back there after our three nights. They welcomed us with a drink and arranged a two-hour tuk-tuk tour around Leticia and Tabatinga. The driver showed us plenty of good photo spots 📸, then took us to the port of Tabatinga, where we tried Antarctica beer 🍺. We added another hour and a half for 45,000, and he brought us to the viewpoint in Tabatinga and the zoo, where we saw lots of animals. The hotel also set up trips to Puerto Nariño and la aldea in Peru through the Amazonas Extremo agency. Those tours were pretty good, so I can recommend them. Thanks for a wonderful experience 😊

There was nature everywhere around the hotel, and even the details inside felt connected to it. We got to feed the monkeys!!! The staff were amazing, warm, and welcoming, and the customer service couldn't have been better. I'd recommend it 100%.

Frenanda and Jaime were so upbeat, caring, and helpful, always with a smile. The pool was great too. Definitely recommended.
