The place was dirty, the Wi-Fi was weak, and there was no hot water.

The receptionist was extremely friendly, and everything was clean. It's a simple, very nice hotel for a one-night stay in Leticia before or after a trip on the Amazon River.

We could pay the hotel directly by card for the river excursions, which they arranged on request. They were reasonably priced and a must-do. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and our whole family felt safe and comfortable. The air conditioning struggled a bit, and the Wi-Fi and phone signal were poor, though we were in the middle of Amazonas. I'd definitely book again if I go to Leticia.

The Wi-Fi didn't work at all. The shower stopped working, then burst out orange water. Really bad hotel.

Helpful staff, and the room was comfortable and clean. Nice hotel, though I wouldn't expect Wi-Fi to work anywhere in Leticia.
