Towels were a constant hassle. I had to ask several times on the first day before finally getting one late in the day, and it was just a bath towel, no hand towel or anything else. On the second day I had three, but by the third I had to ask again just to get one for a shower. Some staff were friendly and some weren't. The location is very good, with restaurants and bars nearby, and the rooms are comfortable. But they're poorly ventilated and sparsely furnished, and there was barely any soap in the shower, which seemed watered down. The hot water worked very well. For a business trip, though, I wouldn't recommend it: I had to move my desk to get Wi-Fi, and it was still weak. Cell phone reception wasn't good either. It's relatively okay, but not good value for the money.

For a night while you're out enjoying the city, this is a good hotel, especially if you're driving since it has parking. Breakfast is included in the rate, and service was very good. It's an Ayenda hotel, so it meets good quality standards.

The service was awful. They tried to put us in basement rooms beside the laundry and water heaters, even though they had other rooms available. Those were being held for a business group due to arrive. We'd already paid for a week in advance, so why couldn't they show some consideration for an elderly person?

The hotel isn't the most modern, but it's still a good, recommendable option for relaxing or working. It's well located, the service is pleasant, and the staff are attentive and courteous.

The breakfast was delicious, the rooms are really nice, and the staff and service were impeccable. Excellent hotel, 100% recommended.
