The staff were friendly, and most of the rooms were clean, but the place felt mediocre, average at best. If insects bother you, you probably won't like staying here.

The setting just outside the city is quiet and beautiful, and the staff are friendly. Breakfast is a nice typical meal with eggs, fruit, arepa, bread, and chocolate. The cabins beside the pool don't feel worth the price.

There are beautiful, rare birds all around, and gorgeous views wherever you go. The spa area, pool, and hot tub are great, and meals are included with the stay. The service was the best anyone could ask for. Rooms come in different sizes and prices, from smaller options to spectacular ones for a little more, and each has its own design. The shower had great pressure and hot water, and you can also get a massage or have your nails done. This is the best place I've visited in Colombia, and I'll be back every year for the rest of my life, I promise. If you come to Colombia, this place is a must!

Our cabin was clean and comfortable, set in the gardens on the outskirts of Manizales, with a beautiful view. The spa has lots of options, and the prices are completely fair.
