The rooms felt neglected and very basic, with awful Wi-Fi, no hot water, a broken shower faucet, no minibar, and no intercom. I asked about parking and was told they had it, but it actually means an arrangement with a lot two blocks away that only covers 12 hours. Manizales may not have a great range of hotels, but at this price you can do much better. I travel for work and know hotels, so I can't recommend this one.
