The restaurant is probably one of the best in the city, and the food was great. There's a small mall with a éxito across the street and a supermarket very close by. The top floor has a small pool, sauna, and steam room. The gym is just an elliptical and a treadmill. For the price, I was very pleased with both the room quality and the service. This is probably one of the best hotels in Manizales.

A great place for a romantic night with your significant other. The restaurant has a very good selection, and the food tastes great. The hot tub is private and has a partial view of the city, though you need to reserve it. The room was spacious and very clean, and the hotel is in a nice, safe neighborhood where it's easy to get around on foot.

A nice little hotel in the city that doesn't disappoint. The restaurant food was all good, and so was the daily buffet breakfast. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were extremely welcoming and nice from check-in right through checkout.

At 500.000 pesos a night, this wasn’t worth the price. The “suite” was on a low floor, and with no air conditioning we had to open the windows, which let in a lot of noise. There weren’t enough outlets to charge our devices at once, and the touch-less elevator couldn’t understand Spanish or English. The hotel advertises a pool, but there isn’t one, just a jacuzzi limited to one hour a day. Even with the Do Not Disturb sign on the door, a maid came knocking to ask if we were leaving, so the sign didn’t seem to matter. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, but the hotel itself was disappointing. Management should update the listed amenities or lower the rates.

Daily room cleaning made me happy to come back to a clean room, and it made the week feel much more comfortable. My husband and I were here for our wedding, along with all our guests from abroad, and the staff were super attentive. The breakfast was very good, and we enjoyed the restaurant meals too. One night I had a problem with the hot water, but the staff jumped on it right away and had it fixed within minutes. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Manizales.
