The location puts you close to everything you need, and breakfast was great. Staff were very friendly, and the rooms were as expected. It can get noisy at night, but that's part of staying somewhere so central. Good value for the money.

Breakfast had fresh, tasty fruit, a small selection of cereals, eggs you could choose from a menu, and a different local cooked dish each day. We also arranged a taxi to the airport, and it arrived right on time. It cost 110,000 pesos to Jose Maria Cordoba airport. The hotel is in the middle of the "El Poblado" area, close to lots of restaurants, bars and music places. The rooms are big and comfortable, with a modern feel and a big-screen TV with Netflix and other platforms. The bathroom was a good size, and the shower was nice, with plenty of hot water.

The air conditioning worked wonders, and I slept well. The location was great, close to really nice restaurants and clubs, without being too loud. My room was comfortable and clean, though it smelled of cigarette smoke and I don't smoke. I used to work in hospitality, so I'd suggest air ioninizer machines to run after checkout to remove unpleasant odours. The night male personnel seemed unfriendly, and I had to greet him first. The mature male receptionist in the morning was friendly and attentive. I didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on it.

The layout of the room was really nice, and the jacuzzi and balcony were pretty and enjoyable. The location is great, and most of the staff speak both languages. I booked their biggest room at a good price, but there was hair in the bed, dirty pillowcases, and bits of paper left all over the floor from cleaning. On the last day, there was a scheduled power outage that nobody told us about. We lost electricity, wifi and phone service for four hours, and they only offered juice. We had to use the stairs in the dark.
