I was robbed there. It didn't feel as safe as it was supposed to, and the people weren't honest. They seemed to find ways to charge extra for everything. They billed me 30e for a bedsheet that was already dirty when I got it. They also charged 100e because a friend spent 30 minutes in the room waiting for me to get ready before we went out. My friend had been waiting outside in the rain. It's a shame.

The business center on the top floor is excellent, and the area feels safe and lively. The location is spot on, about five minutes from Los Molinos mall. The rooms are great and have all the essentials. Highly recommend 👌

The service was awful, and the man and woman working there seemed not to know what they were doing. The rooms had broken furniture, no air conditioning, and no balcony, despite the listing saying one was included. The WiFi didn't feel safe, and I believe they stole my information. They also charge $100.00 US Dollars per day if a family member visits for 30 minutes, something that isn't mentioned in the reservation. They make you sign a paper at the property. There's heavy traffic from daytime into the night, so sleeping was hard. The neighbors were very bad, with gunshots. Beware of this scam.

My studio was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed. Los Molinos, one of the city's best shopping centers, is nearby. The area around 30 Living felt safe, and the location was perfect, about 15 to 20 minutes from downtown Medellin. Staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was a 3 out of 5.
