I’ve probably never stayed at a better hotel. It was comfortable and clean every day, and the staff were amazing. Sandra, Brayan, and Juan are some of the nicest people I met in Medellin, truly special. The customer service was off the charts, and they were ready to help with anything I needed. I really appreciate it, thank you! I’ll tell other people about my great stay at Almaviva casa hotel, and I’ll be back myself. Thanks to everyone!

We liked it enough to extend our stay by a day. Great location, a very clean room, and helpful reception staff available 24 hours. The staff were great, and I can only recommend the place.

The staff are very nice. Rooms inside are missing windows, so the front rooms are better.

The location is perfect, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the reception staff are very attentive and friendly, especially with older guests. But one member of the cleaning staff, who also serves breakfast, is extremely unfriendly and tactless, and can even be aggressive. Breakfast should be a nice start to the day, but this woman ruins it for everyone.
