It was easy to settle in here, even with my limited Spanish. I didn’t need a taxi or have to deal with much logistics or communication, since everything is walkable. The area felt safe, and I only realized in my last couple of days that nightlife was just a couple blocks away. I ate at some great organic restaurants and liked being able to cook some meals too. The place was clean and spacious, with hot water, which can be hard to find on the city outskirts, and a cozy porch. The host was available and accommodating, and laundry was taken care of as a courtesy. The daytime housekeeper and night manager were both amazing. I’ll definitely return. It was a perfect way to end my trip, and I highly recommend it.
