The owner is so nice, and the dogs are the cutest I've ever seen. The rooms were very clean, the staff kind, the shower had hot water, and it was quiet. Great location and not expensive. Perfect, highly recommended!

The staff were all super friendly, and they kept our luggage for free. Rooms were clean, the location felt very safe, and there's a small shared kitchen with free coffee and outdoor seating. It's steps from the busy streets of Poblado, and we thought it was good value for money. Our room was very small, though, with nowhere to unpack clothes or anything else, and it didn't match the expectations from the pictures. The tiny window made it feel a bit claustrophobic, and noise came in easily. We couldn't ventilate the room without opening the door.

The staff were really friendly, and they upgraded us to a better room at check-in, which was nice. The kitchen was always spotless, and everything else was clean and tidy. We had a comfortable bed and pillows, and it was a really nice stay.

The neighborhood is full of bars, clubs and restaurants that stay open well past midnight, so it's not a good fit for light sleepers. There are plenty of hostels and hotels around, and I'd take my money somewhere else. The bed and pillows were the worst I've had in a hostel in all my years of travel, including quite a bit of time in South America. My partner and I had booked three nights, but by 3am on the first night we'd booked another place for the remaining nights. We checked out just before 7am and were told to come back later to talk about a refund. When we returned, they said they couldn't refund the card but would gladly pay for our new accommodation, and that someone would be sent right away. That never happened. They also canceled our booking through the website as if we hadn't stayed at all, which stopped us from leaving a review there. I understand properties have cancellation policies, and being told they couldn't or wouldn't refund us would have been understandable. What isn't acceptable is a manager blatantly lying and leading customers on. I'd give this zero stars if I could.
