Hotel Ayenda Urbano 70 1260

The staff were very friendly and the location is good, but I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!! Check-in wasn't done right away either. We had to leave our passports and luggage in the living room, then come back later for the rooms. The rooms weren't clean. The walls were dirty and need maintenance, and the mattresses were extremely hard and uncomfortable. You could feel the springs. The nightstands, small closets, and bathroom cabinet were made of compressed wood and in poor condition, with warped wood in the bathroom. There wasn't enough soap, toilet paper, or towels, and the sheets smelled strange. The same breakfast was served every day with no variety, which can get boring after more than two days. There isn't much privacy either, since you can hear sounds from the other rooms and hallway.

They charged me three times. When I complained about the two transactions, they said the transfer hadn't come through on their card reader. I asked for the transaction history, but they played dumb and refused to provide it. The manager said the money would arrive soon, but it never did. I filed a police report, and the police are aware of it. I want my $881.62 refunded. This won't go unpunished. We're tourists, and you can't steal from us like that. On top of it all, they gave us the rooms after the 5:30 pm check-in time, and when they finally handed them over, they were filthy. Hair and stains on the sheets, dirty trash cans full of paper, and bedspreads that smelled bad and had white stains. It was appalling, the worst. I absolutely don't recommend them.

We booked for four people through Booking.com, but they gave us a room for three when we arrived. The mattress had bad springs and made it impossible to sleep, and there wasn't even a bathroom door. The location is good, but the hotel was terrible. I don't recommend it.

The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The reception staff were friendly and attentive to anything we needed, and the location is excellent.
